Your service is free? How do you make money?

This isn’t one of those “too good to be true” business models. Our pay structure is simple. We partner with local real estate agents and receive a small portion of their commission when your house is sold and/or when you purchase a new property.

How does the service matchmaking software work?

Essentially, you tell us about the details that are important to you and the software does the work to find you the best match based on your needs. Factors include location, experience, professional expertise and even personality-based matching.

What do I pay for?

Like with any move or property sale you are required to pay your realty fees and for any of the moving services you choose to use (inspection, legal, movers, stagers, brokers etc.) With Virtuo, you don’t have to do the footwork to find, hire, and schedule these trusted service professionals.

Will Virtuo work with my real estate agent?

We definitely will. Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional, all-inclusive real estate experience. It would be up to your real estate agent to share a small portion of their commission with us based on the extra services you receive.
