Your service is free? How do you make money?

That’s right, our services are 100% free to you. Virtuo receives a small referral fee from our real estate partners only if you use their services. Referral fees are a common practice in the real estate world and it does not cost you any more than you would if you were on your own. The only difference is you get 35 years of expert industry experience helping you make the best decisions along the way.

What do I pay for?

Like with any move or property sale you are required to pay your realty fees and for any of the moving services you choose to use (inspection, legal, movers, stagers, brokers etc.) The difference is that you don’t have to do the footwork to find, hire, and schedule these trusted service professionals. That’s where Virtuo comes in – our service is free and we find you the best people in the business and keep you organized in every part of the process. Kind of like a personal assistant, for moving.

Do I have to give you my credit card information to sign up?

Nope! We talk to you about your needs first and work on matching you with your ideal real estate agent and service providers before we enter into any kind of contract.

How does the service matchmaking software work?

Essentially, you tell us about the details that are important to you and the software does the work to find you the best match based on your needs. Factors include location, experience, professional expertise and even personality-based matching.

Will Virtuo work with my real estate agent?

We definitely will. Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional, all-inclusive real estate experience. It would be up to your real estate agent to share a small portion of their commission with us based on the extra services you receive.

What happens if I don’t like a service provider?

We’re your advocate throughout the entire process, so let us be the bad guy. We ultimately hope to avoid bad matches with our Network of Relocation Experts, but if you aren’t satisfied, we make the necessary changes to find you the right service providers for you. This includes hiring and firing service providers you aren’t happy with.

Do I have to get all the services you provide?

No. What services you choose are completely based on what services you need. Think of our service selection as an à la carte menu. If you wanted to, you could use Virtuo services solely for selling and buying your property. The benefit to working with us is that we can connect you with experienced inspectors, brokers, lawyers, movers etc. for a discounted price.

How do you find your service providers?

The team behind Virtuo has decades of experience in the corporate relocation industry. We’ve cultivated relationships with our partners and have worked with many of them before. Ultimately, if we wouldn’t work with them, we wouldn’t recommend them to you.

I’m not satisfied with my Personal Move Concierge. Who can I talk to?

If you aren’t happy with your Personal Move Concierge, we want to know right away. You can contact us directly at: hello@virtuo.com, and we’ll do all that we can to resolve the problem.
